Non-competitive and non-contact environment at My Temple of Wellness, we reach out to families by actively participating in improving the quality of life, promoting well-being in our children and community. Now we incorporating classes for the adults as well.

Besides work:
My family inspires me to do the best I can everyday!!! We are a busy household with 4 kids ages ranging from 14, 10, 7, and 4 years old. Without them I wouldn’t be as motivated or passionate about anything I do! They bring out the best in me! Life would be a bore without the chaos! Don’t you think?
 

As for myself, I am still that social butterfly who doesn’t mind sneaking out to have a date night with the hubby or just a night out with the girlfriends! That never gets old especially with a good bunch of folks! Always good times!
