Nursing Necklaces - The Modern Solution to an Old Dilemma

Nursing Necklaces - The Modern Solution to an Old Dilemma

Babies become distracted after the first pangs of hunger have been satisfied.  So they stop eating, pull away from the nipple, and begin playing with anything within their reach.  This can be Mom's hair, an earring, a necklace, clothing, in other words, if they can reach it, they will pull on it or play with it.

Developmentally, this is an important time.  The baby is exploring her world; learning how to focus the eyes, using the sense of touch to discover all the wonders around.  While very cute, it is hard on the hair, jewelry - well, you get the point.
