If you're looking for a formal or dressy dress for prom, pageant or bridesmaid - and your budget is limited - a shop in Elk Grove is clearing out dresses for $10-20. 

Nicole's Previously Loved Fashions has approximately 100 short dressy style dresses at $10 each and 100 long prom, evening and bridesmaid gowns at $20.  The dresses are all gently used, but in great condition. 

Even if you aren't on a budget, it's worth the time to check it out.  You never know if the dress is there and why not pay less for it?

And, if you find two dresses that you want to buy, grab another one because the third one is free. 

Owner Lonna Ponce says she also has about 20 wedding gowns that she is selling for $99 each (not included in the buy one, get one free sale).
