A Really Neat Little Side Table

Little Side Table

I really enjoy trying to make something unique or on-request by look and feel alone. I have done it several times with some pretty good success. I was browsing Etsy.com and ran across this table at Kamp Studio. You can see the original at www.etsy.com/people/kampstudio . Before I began I got permission to copy the table from Kamp Studio.

My first project fitting parts together using dowels. I was given a DowelMax as a gift and boy is it sweet. Seems complicated at first but its use became intuitive after a couple of joints. The Elk Grove Community Garden is gearing up for its Annual Plant Sale. This year’s Plant Sale is being held on Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Community Garden location at 10025 Hampton Oak Drive in Elk Grove. Now that spring has sprung, it is time to get your garden started. The volunteer gardeners will have lots of tomato plants, peppers, herbs, and some perennials for color in your garden for sale. There will also be Community Garden tours as well as a Master Gardener available to answer your gardening questions.
