The inaugural Farm-to-Fork Capital of America initiative is proudly presented by the Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau (SCVB), the City of Sacramento and the Downtown Sacramento Partnership. During the Farm-to-Fork week that runs September 20-29, regional farms, restaurants, wineries, craft breweries and local businesses will join together to celebrate the Sacramento region as the nation’s Farm-to-Fork Capital.
To showcase the rich bounty of farm-to-fork offerings produced in the Sacramento region, the SCVB will host or help to coordinate a number of Farm-to-Fork signature events, including:
California Restaurant Association’s Restaurant Week
Presented by the California Restaurant Association Sacramento chapter, Farm-to-Fork Restaurant Week is a celebration of the region’s premiere dining destinations, in addition to the bounty of seasonal ingredients found within a 75-mile radius of the downtown core.
