2014 Weekly Challenge #36: Make a Date for Fitness!

All Aboard…From Farm-to-Fork!

Coinciding with the 2nd Annual Farm-to-Fork celebration in the Sacramento region, California State Parks, the California State Railroad Museum Foundation and Stillwater Orchards will showcase the important role the region’s railroads have played in supporting agriculture. On September 27 & 28, 2014 -- during the final weekend of regular season excursion train rides on the Sacramento Southern Railroad -- a shipment of locally-grown pears donated by Stillwater Orchards will be stacked in crates on the Freight Depot platform in Old Sacramento State Historic Park and offered free to train riders all weekend long (while supplies last).

It will be the first time he begins his day in the morning rather than the afternoon and the first time he takes the bus to school. He is not excited for any of these things aside from riding the bus, somehow that is exciting to him. I guess I can see why for a guy his age.
