Man convicted of molesting 3 young female relatives | Crime
SACRAMENTO, CA - A man accused of preying on three young female relatives was found guilty of 12 child molestation and sexual assault counts in a Sacramento court Friday.
Jose Gomez was also convicted of a multi-victim allegation, according to the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office.
Per court documents, one victim testified Gomez started forcing her to perform sex acts on him when she was 4 years old and eventually raped her. The sexual abuse continued until she was 10 years old.
A second victim said Gomez sexually abused her when she was 8 years old.
The third girl testified she was between 3 and 5 years old when the defendant sexually abused her.
The D.A.'s office says Gomez could receive up to 113 years to life in prison when he is sentenced Dec. 7 in Sacramento Superior Court.
