Mayor Fargo talks youth issues | Community

Heather Fargo is a California native who was born in Oakland and raised in Davis. Fargo is the former mayor of Sacramento, elected in November 2000 and served until December 2008. Prior to being a mayor she was first elected to the Sacramento City Council in 1989 to a five-year term representing the Downtown Sacramento and Natomas area known as District One.
