Youth @ City Council taking applications for 2013 class now | Community
People Reaching Out is now accepting applications for the Youth @ City Council Class of 2013. Participants will have opportunities to participate in Sacramento City Council meeting and sit in on lessons focused on public policy and civic engagement. Applications due November 30, 2012.
