Sacramento’s Depot Park has just hired Scott Lippi as its site manager. Lippi is set to manage Depot Park’s 300-acre complex that is home to 3 million square feet of workspace. Beyond managing and overseeing day-to-day operations at Depot Park, Lippi will be primarily in charge of leasing and servicing current tenants as they expand their footprints at Depot Park.

Lippi is a Sacramento native, graduating from Jesuit High School in Carmichael in 1982 and before heading to Saint Mary’s College in Moraga where he studied Sports Medicine. After college Lippi sold commercial real estate for 14 years in the Sacramento region working for Bishop Hawk and Colliers International and transferred into the title industry for an additional eight years working with North American Title and Alliance Title. For the last three years Lippi has been the Campus Director for the Mather Community Campus operated by Volunteers of America.

On one of his first days on the job Lippi had the opportunity to share the benefits of Depot Park with more than 850 real estate brokers, developers, bankers and construction vendors at Sacramento’s Developer Showcase.

“This event showed a renewed interest in commercial real estate within our region,” said Lippi. “It was interesting to note how many did not understand everything that Depot Park has to offer. Once they know what we have to offer, they are impressed and want to come take a look for themselves.”
