Depot Park Hires Scott Lippi to Manage 3 Million Sq Ft of Office Space | Business
Sacramento’s Depot Park has just hired Scott Lippi as its site manager. Lippi is set to manage Depot Park’s 300-acre complex that is home to 3 million square feet of workspace. Beyond managing and overseeing day-to-day operations at Depot Park, Lippi will be primarily in charge of leasing and servicing current tenants as they expand their footprints at Depot Park.
Lippi is a Sacramento native, graduating from Jesuit High School in Carmichael in 1982 and before heading to Saint Mary’s College in Moraga where he studied Sports Medicine. After college Lippi sold commercial real estate for 14 years in the Sacramento region working for Bishop Hawk and Colliers International and transferred into the title industry for an additional eight years working with North American Title and Alliance Title. For the last three years Lippi has been the Campus Director for the Mather Community Campus operated by Volunteers of America.
“In coming to Depot Park I am looking forward to facing new challenges, while spreading the word about the spectacular spaces available for tenants and their employees at Depot Park,” said Scott Lippi, Depot Park Site Manager. “There are no other workspaces quite like Depot Park in the area. I want to make sure that businesses know the benefits of Depot Park when looking for new spaces for their offices, call and data centers, transportation and storage facilities.”
On one of his first days on the job Lippi had the opportunity to share the benefits of Depot Park with more than 850 real estate brokers, developers, bankers and construction vendors at Sacramento’s Developer Showcase.
“This event showed a renewed interest in commercial real estate within our region,” said Lippi. “It was interesting to note how many did not understand everything that Depot Park has to offer. Once they know what we have to offer, they are impressed and want to come take a look for themselves.”
Depot Park’s 300-acres all sit within a secure perimeter with guards at each gate, roving patrols and more. This, combined with large boulevards, loading docks, warehouse space and even a fuel station make it the perfect place for a variety of companies looking to base their operations in the Sacramento region.
“We are excited to have Scott Lippi join our team,” said Dick Fischer, Depot Park’s developer. “He brings a great mix of experience in the commercial real estate industry to our team that will help us better serve brokers and businesses looking for high quality workspace including flexible office and storage spaces.”
Located in Sacramento, Calif., Depot Park offers tenants security as its perimeter is completely fenced and its gated and staffed entry points. The campus sits outside of the 100-year flood zone and it has a Zone 3 classification for earthquake danger, California’s lowest risk rating. Depot Park buildings contain 3 million square feet of flexible workspace.
