Let history make you happy! As part of the “Thursday Night at the Museums” extended summer hours program, the California State Railroad Museum is offering a special “History Happy Hour” on Thursday evening, July 24, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Interested Museum guests will enjoy wine, beer, bottled water and light snacks in a pub-like setting while participating in a history-related trivia game that will include fun prizes for the winners. Participants will also have the opportunity to tour the Railroad Museum, which is widely regarded as North America’s most popular rail museum. “History Happy Hour” is a special activity being offered as part of the “Thursday Night at the Museums” program presented by the California State Railroad Museum and the Sacramento History Museum (both museums be open until 8 p.m. on Thursdays until Labor Day weekend this summer*). Don’t miss the rail-related History Happy Hour later this month!
