Christian Hill, a six-grade student at Florin Elementary School, is a regular participant at Southgate Library's free educational programs because, he says, "They're fun, entertaining and help pass time! "

Christian joins teens on Tuesday to create animated stories on a mini-TV taught by Artworks' instructors. Christian and his friends are shown how to create stories combining old-fashioned animation "flip" books with today's digital media.
