Pet of the Week- Jada!

Pet of the Week- Jada!

Help us find Jada a home!

This friendly and affectionate American Staffordshire Terrier mix is one of our longest residents here at the Sacramento SPCA (110 days).

She’s six-years-old and is a very sweet, outgoing, and independent dog. Jada is looking for a family that will love walks and playing catch just as much as she does! (Also, a home without cats is a must!).

Jada’s age qualifies her for our Senior Adoption Program. Any adopter over the age of sixty can have the adoptions fees waived!

Check out our website, www.sspca.org for more info.

Pet of the Week- Skittles

Pet of the Week- Skittles

Did you know that the Sacramento SPCA has MORE than just cats and dogs?

Meet Skittles!
This beautiful, five-month-old, peach-faced lovebird loves to play with his toys! He is especially fond of the little bell inside his cage. His breed is known to be very intelligent, and can learn to mimic and imitate noises and whistles. The personality of the peach-faced lovebird is similar to that of parrots, but seeing as how he is so much smaller in size, he is not nearly as messy or noisy!

Adoption Fee: $50. Find Skittles online at www.sspca.org.

Pet of the Week- Temperance

Pet of the Week- Temperance

Meet Temperance, a really a sweet and silly litlle eleven-month-old Terrier mix. She can be a little shy at first but warms up quickly!

She really loves to both play ball and/or jsut cuddle and gives lots of kisses.

Temperance is a bright girl who would do well with a little training to help her build her confidence. She would do best with a dog savvy owner and would do best with adults and older children at home. She also should do fine with another dog(s) at home but no cats please.

Come meet Temperance and her friends here at the SPCA!!
